Why I used to wake up at 3:00
Background
I am a highschool student who suddenly received a high amount of work to cope with.
The bangout
My physics teacher was talking about sleep. He started to talk about his friend who was taking 2 degrees. He believed his friend would get terrible grades. His friend didn't.
Why did his friend not get shit grades:
- He studied dilligently and with a plan
- He had more time in a day due to going to sleep at 2100 and waking up at 0300
- Going to bed at 2100 - 0300 means you get 6 hours of sleep however ,according to my physics teacher, you get 9 hours of sleep as the 3 hours of sleep = 6 hours between 2100 and 0000 + the 3 hours from 0000 to 0300.
Why do I wake up at 0300
- I need more time
- I don't feel terrible like when I got to bed at 0000 and wake up at 0600
