Going for a Walk

I operate on a 30/10 pomodoro schedule when doing schoolwork.
Normally on my 10 minute breaks I sleep or stay inside, but a nagging voice in the back of my head has wanted me to go outside and see a bit of greenery.
Today I caved and went outside and as I thought would happen, my mental health improved.
Actually seeing the sun did wonders for my mental state.
Over my half term holiday (of one week). I stayed inside and pretty much only went outside to go to the library. However, this was better than the previous half term (of two weeks) where I actually didn't go outside.

Anyway I climbed the basketball / football structure and took this photo.
