Dehydration and sleep
I'd like to start this post with a message.
DRINK SOME WATER
I had been having trouble with sleep some days and nights. I felt tired no matter how much sleep I got. This caused me to examine my life.
- I hadn't been exercising as I should have
- I hadn't been drinking water at all
To fix the second problem was much easier so I started with that.
It's funny how my head cleared, I didn't feel a dim pain in my skull and I felt more energetic.
I find it strange that I struggle with self preservation but humans are quite strange I've found.
